Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for financial activities of projects at field level of projects.
• Prepare Cash Book, Ledger Book, Vouchers and banking transaction.
• Regular maintain Petty Cash Book at field level of projects.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Purchase material/ Logistics as per requirement at field level of projects.
• Follow-up the approved budget with controlling as per annual activities plan.
• Provide support to Finance & Admin officer for budget preparation, budget revision, budget variance report, prepare Receipt and Payment statements as and when required.
• Support to Finance & Admin Officer for facilitate Internal and External audit activities.
• Preserve all documents of financial transactions.
• Responsible for overall administration at field level of projects.
• Maintain stock register at field level properly.
• Maintain all assets as per register at upazilla level.
• Maintain leave registers and related documents at field level of projects.
• Maintain personal file at field level as per policy .
• Support to Finance & Admin Officer for record keeping of provident fund and gratuity of the projects.

Educational Requirements
M.Com in Accounting or equivalent Degree in commerce.
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/Accounts
Additional Job Requirements
• Age At least 25 year(s)
• 2 years experience in relevant field preferably in development sectors.
• Good knowledge on MS office & Excel and accounts software.
