Job Context
• Job Nature: Full-time 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)
• Job Location: Gulshan-2, Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
• Capable of maintaining/ handling the Petty Cash and Basic Accounts.
• Forecast Monthly/ Periodic Budget and prepare Financial Statements.
• Prepare and maintain day to day Debit and Credit Vouchers.
• Office Administration, email daily/ monthly reports to the management.
• Assist with documents renewals and filing, procurement and purchases.
• Follow up and provide administrative and logistic support to a team of 20 staff.
• Maintenance of attendance software, movement register, fixed asset register and other files and documents.
• Maintaining leave and preparing leave statement.
• Vehicle maintenance & other equipment maintenance (Laptop, Camera, Video Conference etc.).
• Factory to factory parcel management and allocation of Runners and Drivers for collection and drop.
• Overseas Courier management, dealing with SCS/DHL etc.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance/ BBA
• Educational qualifications will not be a barrier for experienced candidates

• 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 45 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Accounts, Cash Management, General Office Management
• Past experience of working with a Buying House will be an added advantage
• The applicants should have the following experience and attributes:
• Must have two years’ experience in Accounting.
• Ability to draft letters in English.
• PC and Accounting software skills (Microsoft Office/Excel is a must).
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible to work occasional after hours and weekends and travel.
• Understanding about office management, filling system.
• The incumbent must have skills in computer with a good keyboard speed in both English and Bangla.
