Prepare research proposals consistent with the job purpose
Prepare guideline for new avenues of business development
Prepare guideline for investment
Prepare guideline for managing sustained growth
Prepare macroeconomic review and publications
Give inputs in short term/strategic plan of the Bank
Analyze and forecast business trend of the Bank vis-à-vis financial markets
Any other job other than above assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
Preferably Bank Management/ Business/ Economics Graduate/ Post Graduate from any reputed university

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking and Finance industry in Economic/ Financial Research Territory
Acquainted with primary/ secondary research technique
Must have good knowledge about the secondary data sources
Good command over statistics, econometrics, and strategic management/planning
Advanced skill in statistical & econometric software will be an added advantage
The ability to consistently produce error-free output; concerned with maintaining standards of accuracy and quality
Strong leadership, organizational and management skills
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge of local corporate markets and legal requirements
