Job Description / Responsibility
• Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheets, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, timely submission of financial reports, billing etc.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, business plan and consolidated reporting.
• Produce monthly financial statements and reports for the Management.
• Develop reporting-forms for general as well as special purpose.
• Design Chart of Accounts for ERP System.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Establish and continuously improve accounting system with a comprehensive chart of account that satisfies the statutory and management information needs.
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Statutory Financial Reporting in conformity with International Financial Reporting Standards, Bangladesh Accounting Standards and Companies Act.
• Establish proper system of VAT accounting to maintain proper books and follow formalities required under VAT Act. Maintain liaison with VAT officials and submit that all input VAT is fully claimed.
• Coordination with the auditors and satisfy audit queries to ensure that unqualified reports are issued.

• M.com/ MBA (Accounting)
• CA/ CMA partly qualified will be preferred
