MBA or Masters in Economics/ Management/Finance & Banking/Accounting

Experience Requirements
5 to 6 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 to 40 year(s)
At least 5-6 years working experience in Banks or Financial Institutions and at least 1 year experience as Branch Manager /In-Charge ; Well- conversant in English & Bengali
Ability to deal with public and private sector organizations; Capable to communicate with local community and able to work independently under pressure & self-motivated.
Competent to supervise and work with a dynamic group of professionals
Adequate training in related field; Energetic, people oriented, dynamic and target oriented; Well-conversant with the Banking and Financial Regulations, Capital Market Regulations, etc.
Able to develop outstanding business and marketing strategy independently; Ability to assess and capable to take prudent decision
Should have conceptual, social and technical skill
Able to mobilize deposit and maintain quality portfolio
In case of well-experienced and efficient candidate educational qualification and age limit may be relaxed.
