Job Description / Responsibility
Generate new business for both Asset & Liability and meet all business targets.
Ensure Portfolio quality, productivity of the employee and market development.
Guide the Branch Members to achieve business targets.
Ensure frequent visit to clients.
Maintain compliance during the credit approval process and after sale services.
Coordinate day to day admin & operational tasks of the branch.

Educational Requirements
MBA or Masters in Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Accounting/ Economics.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branch Management, Business/Product Development, Administration, Credit Administration, Finance/Accounts, Market Development (Leasing), Recovery, SME Banking
Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 35 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Having minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in a Bank/ Financing Institutions.
Financial Statement Analysis experience an asset.
Proven business development and sales skills that enhance client relationships.
