Job Description / Responsibility
• Have excellent knowledge and experience in addressing/resolving customer queries working in a Call Centre/Customer Service Centre of any reputed organization;
• Shall receive telephone calls from the customers on ATM/POS transaction and related issues of card operation and respond to their queries properly and promptly ensuring best customer service with satisfaction;
• Shall be ready to provide Card Support Centre services 24/7 including holidays & night shifts on rotation;
• Shall monitor ATM Booths through CCTV functionally;
• To receive/record customer queries/complaints and informing the same to the proper authority for solution.

Educational Requirements
Graduate in any discipline having no 3rd class/division or CGPA below 2.50 in any public examinations.

Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CARDS (Credit/Debit)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 18 to 30 year(s)
• Minimum 1 to 3 years practical job experience in a Call Centre/Customer Service Centre of any reputed organization;
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in Bangla & English;
• Must have willingness to work on rotation basis including holidays and night time.
• Adaptable and must be able to work independently under pressure.
• Must have sound knowledge and adequate skill of computer operations.
