Job Description / Responsibility
• Formulate both short term and long term financial strategy as well as preparation of annual budget, analysis and budgetary control;
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements;
• Should be able to manage books of accounts and ensure transparent financial reporting in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Conversant with accounting and financial rules, regulations of Central Bank, Income Tax Law, VAT, NBFI Act and other regulatory provisions;
• To build, retain and improve continuously team performance individually and jointly including supervising and controlling all related works of accounts and finance divisions;
• Should have a strategic mind set and prudence to give solution on multidimensional financial matters with an aptitude of innovativeness.

Educational Requirements
FCA / FCMA / ACCA / ACA with M.Com (Master of Commerce) or MBA from DU or other reputed university.

Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At most 50 year(s)
Over 8 year(s) experience of which minimum of 3 years as the CFO of a reputed Bank or Financial Institutions;
