Job Description / Responsibility
To reform the divisional sales operation setup and distribution channel.
To Lead team members comprising SR, ASM and Distributor’s sales forces and build them efficient & effectively.
To execute and evaluate necessary market/sales reporting and documentation.
To make divisional activities smoothly.
To meet organizational goal by achieving monthly sales target through sincere effort & leadership skills.
To organize the distributor for place the product smoothly
To make and set Daily/Weekly/frowningly and Monthly basis action plan for achieved divisional sales target.
To evaluate co-ordination regarding business issues with concerning departments.
Supervising & closely monitoring the Sales, Sales after service, merchandising activities and monitoring the team to achieve the Sales target.
Check, identify and classify the damage as per guideline and retrieve damage products from market.
Conduct regular merchandising of products in the area as per guideline.
Ensure daily team sales report submission on daily basis to the MIS department.
Create a professional marketing plan, motivate sales & marketing team.
Creating sales and marketing reports for top management when needed.
Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all product and services.
Accelerate action plan to identify potential market or clients along with new sales opportunity.

Job Nature
Full-time

Educational Requirements
BBA/ MBA/ M.Com/ MSS from any recognized university
Marketing background candidate will be preferred.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements
Age 27 to 35 year(s)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Bengali
Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hard working, and dedicated
