Job Description / Responsibility
Ability to sale life insurance policy and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
Pro-actively search, develop and engage into new customer relationships.
Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business & relationship.
Manage existing customers for business retention & references.
Provide daily performance feedback to Branch Manager.
Coordinate with Branch Manager; preparing monthly, weekly & daily report.
Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time as when require.

Willing to travel anywhere in Dhaka city & nearest area.
Willing to work long hours to achieve goal.
Team player, target achiever and able to work under-pressure.
Having high social connections and enjoy social work like-sports, cultural activities, volunteer for social work etc.
