A newly established FMCG organization is looking to appoint a dynamic Head of Finance & Accounts. This professional will be responsible to maintain overall activities of Finance & Accounts department.

Job Responsibilities
Appraise about overall financial position of the company and report to the top management
Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
Supervising inventories, receivable, payable and General Accounting function etc.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual product
Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needs.
To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
Establish due internal control procedure so as to minimize organizational risks.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Additional Requirements
Age at least 32 years

CA CC completed candidate will get preference
Strong command on XL and other MS office programs
Preferred relevant experience with FMCG industry
Be skillful at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities and tasks
