Job Description / Responsibility
• Monitor and controlling of overall Accounts and Finance
• Responsibility to lead Accounts, Finance and Commercial team
• Maintain Accounting System
• Monitor Accounts receivable and payable
• Safeguard property and equipment
• Payroll Management
• Fund and loan management
• Risk Management
• Business plan and Budgeting
• Deal with Income tax and VAT
• Dealing with NBR and Customs and Excise
• Internal/External Audit
• Bank Statement reconciliation
• Bank loans’ including collection and repayment.
• Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas
• Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control
• Strategic financial plans, Policy formulation and Execution
• Various report generation including sales, credit and analytical day in day out.
• Deal with LC related Issues including Port handling
• MIS and Product Costing
• Overall control on cash flow
• Ensure training and development of existing team members
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly accounts

Educational Requirements
• Honours & Masters in Finance / Accounting from any Government approved reputed University.
• Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic Planning, Commercial/Export-Import, Cash Management

Job Requirements
• Age At least 32 year(s)
• Sharp knowledge on Accounts & Financial Management
• Has to be very hard working & committed
• Visit anywhere in Bangladesh if required.
• Excellent communication skill both Bengali & English.
• Able to direct and develop a team of Accounts, Finance and Commercial team
