Job Description / Responsibility
• Team management including supervising, developing, directing to bring positive outcome.
• Operational management including security management, grievance handling, and management of unwanted situation.
• Ensure total security of organization, man & materials, transports and equipment.
• Routine duties like scheduling of duties of security officers, guards, inspecting duty post and ensuring total security system of the organization.
• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation of vehicles.
• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Administer and manage a fleet of transport including but not limited to procurement, maintenance and smooth functioning of the department of transport.
• Administer and manage drivers and other staff’s duty schedule discipline and performance related activities including their selection and replacement.
• Job Location: Dhaka City
