Job Description / Responsibility
• Analyze customer credit worthiness by verification of necessary documents.
• Track overdue customer and recover overdue credit from them.
• Prepare different reports on credit customers.
• To be responsible for credit and cash collection against company sales
• Prepare weekly/ monthly/ yearly collection statement and do report to the Management.
• Increase product knowledge and increase customer handling efficiency
• Customer care through after sales service
• Follow-up and Keep in touch with the client time to time through phone and physically visits.
• Collect competitor`s information from the market regarding their marketing plan, promotion and other activities.
• Maintenance of credit realization software for clear picture of fund flow
• Reconciliation with management, sales, marketing and accounts department,
• Prepare various kinds of deeds i.e. deed of agreement.

Graduation/Masters/BBA/MBA from any discipline

3 to 5 year(s)

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• At least 3-5 year(s) practical experience in this field.
• Candidates who have practical experience in real estate sector will be given highly preference.
• Must have visionary and strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to deal with Client(s) and Management.
• Strong leadership & negotiation skill.
• Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (specially MS Excel & MS Word) both in Bangla and English.
