A renowned Group of Companies of the country having 100% export oriented Knit Composite Garments & Spinning Mills is looking for result oriented potential candidate for the position of General Manager/ Senior General Manager (Accounts & Finance ) for its Dhaka Head Office.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Accounts, Finance & Audit related activities of the garments & spinning mills independently.
Candidates having relevant experience in the same capacity in reputed Textile (Garments and Spinning) Industries are highly encouraged to apply.

Educational Requirements
Masters in Accounting with Chartered Accountancy (CA) background.
FCA is desirable.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 12 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Finance
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Spinning

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 50 year(s)
Candidates having minimum 12 years of hands on experiences in the related field in reputed Textile(Garments & Spinning) Industries, out of which minimum 2 yrs as GM/Sr. GM will get preferences.
Should have strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
should have strong analytical & reporting skills
should have the capacity to work with different Accounting/ ERP based software
should be proactive, cost effective, self motivated, devoted , have the ability to build team and work comfortably in a demanding situation
