Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare zone/region wise Sales & Marketing plan.
• Achieve the sales target by Model, by Volume and by Dealer.
• Collection of credit in time & maintain all credit related documents.
• Dealer network expansion, new Dealer search, Dealer appointment, Order & Due collection
• Effective Coordination with Dealers, Dealer Manager & Executives.
• Monitoring Dealer stocks
• Submit travel plan, expense & visit report.
• Execute & keep all kinds of records for Sales & Marketing works for the assigned zone.
• Plan zonal budget & monitor performance
• Performing marketing activities.
• Providing current market position, Data collection& market information to the management.
• To coordinate the training of the sales, service, dealer managers & staff in case of induction of new products in the market as per requirements.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
Masters/ M.B.A (Marketing) form reputed University.

Experience Requirements
• 7 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Experience in the field of Cement Marketing
• Candidate must have experience in Cement Marketing
• Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh or Mostly at Barisal
