Assistant Manager / Sr Executive – Marketing & Sales – Hamid Real Estate Construction Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target
Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and resolve customer complaints regarding sales
Lead, monitor, control, motivate team members/ workmate to achieve individual’s sales target
Identify the market opportunities for future sales
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company’s interest
Build strong relationship with prospects and customers
Keep update on market intelligence
Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department and maintain inventory control
Ensure that sales leads/ prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospects’ database.

Educational Requirements
Masters in Marketing from any well reputed University.

Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
3-5 years relevant work experience in any reputed real estate company.
Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry
Good looking and experience in managing lead to succeed
Experience in a reputed real -estate company specially township projects
Exceptional communication and people management skills
Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive
