Job Description / Responsibility
• Leading a structured sales team.
• Establishing distribution network in given area.
• Achieving sales target in an effective way.
• Establishing guideline to develop effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly sales report to the reporting personal.
• Conducting marketing survey and collecting information of competitors.

Job Nature
Full-time

Educational Requirements
A post graduate degree is required but an MBA in marketing or business will be preferred.

Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)

Job Requirements
• Minimum 10 (Ten) years experience in Sales and Marketing on consumer goods specially related to our product range.
• Minimum 3 (Three) years experience in managerial position.
• Should have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand and product.
• Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
• Demonstrates integrity by modeling the values and ethical standards.
