Job Description / Responsibility
• Should be enthusiastic and highly energetic about customer interaction over phone
• Keen on promoting the products and services
• Explaining ideas and information to customers
• Dealing with customer insights and information
• Able to work 6/9 hours daily
• Make outbound calls/ telesales / telemarketing and survey calls.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduated, but students enrolling Graduation may apply who have previous experience in call center/ customer service.

Experience Requirements
• 0 to 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online (web/e-mail) Support, Tele Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 18 to 33 year(s)
• Basic Knowledge on MS Office (Ms-Word & Ms-Excel), good typing skill for data entry and record keeping .
• Must be mature, creative, credible and comfortable in dealing with customers.
• Coping with tough customers and clients
• Good verbal communication skills and listening skill, and analytical skill. Willingness to work in roster/shifting duty with pressure
• Candidates living near Uttara, Gazipur, Tongi, Mohakhali, Mirpur, Bashundhara
