Job Description / Responsibility
To maintain & follow up all type of sales and marketing related activities as daily and monthly basis.
Sell all products (Flats & Plots) of Vision 21 Design & Developments Ltd.
Collect booking money and down payment from the new clients.
Provide the clients the payment schedule (subject to management’s approval)
To prepare daily activities report and submit to the Head of (Marketing & Sales) for Top management information.
To follow up your superior instruction, order and advice as all time basis.
To maintain excellent behavior all other departmental official.
To strictly follow and maintain all administrative rules and regulations.
Any other works desired by the authority related to the Sales and Marketing and credit collection. You are also ready to work for indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities.

Educational Requirements
Graduate/ BBA/ MBA/ Master`s (Major in Marketing will be given extra priority) any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
3 to 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Sales, Tele Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate

Age 25 to 40 year(s)
Applicants who have no sales / marketing job experience in Real estate/ Developer company no need to apply.
Must be able to work under pressure and communication skill.
Applicant must have fluency in English both of written & Spoken, also should have good computer literacy.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): any established Real Estate Company.
