• Bangladesh Development Company Ltd. (BDC) is a reputed Real Estate Company looking for smart, dynamic candidate for the post of Dy. Manager (Marketing & Sales).
• Must have sufficient knowledge in Sales & Marketing of Plot and Flat.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends. Studying Competitors products & Services.
• Preparing sales and collection reports and others reports assigned by supervisor
• Preparing and managing marketing plan and budgets. Collect monthly installment from existing clients. Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target.
• Supporting and managing a marketing team.
• Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients
