Job Description / Responsibility
Achieving of Sales Target every month.
Preparing of Budget for advertising & sales promotional activities. Monitoring expenses as per budget plan, implementing the same in electronic& print media.
Allocation of target for all distributors of Bangladesh and achieving the same.
Visit to market along with sales officers to trade and as well as to non trade parties like Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd., Asian Paints Bangladesh Ltd. Etc for price negotiation, rapport etc.
Planning and implementing timely get together of Architects & Builders for sales promotion activities as a part of influence the influencers.
Organizing mason meet with the help of field officers through out Bangladesh.
Appointment/detection of dealers as per planned marketing network.
Training of subordinates on day to day basis for their improvement in selling skill.
Overall responsible for the profitability of the company.

MA or MBA in Marketing fro reputed university.
