Job Description / Responsibility
Performing various Promotional Activities , most of the cases through social media and to B2B clients
Promoting different offer to the prospective clients
Sourcing product through online platform (Alibaba, Aliexpress etc. china based online market place)
Provide solutions and alternatives based on customer needs.
Serve customers with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
Proactively ensure that customers are aware of necessary information and any special instructions.
Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
You may have to visit the clients’ office/business location
Promotional Activities includes but no limited to Telemarketing, E-mail communication and using other live chat media etc.
Preparing reports on various market related issues for internal and external stakeholder

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both in written & spoken English.

Advanced computer skills with specialization in office (Word, Excel) and web applications.
analytical and problem solving skills expected
You possess good IT skills (you are able to Trouble shoot day to day Software and hardware related problems)
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Other Benefits
Salary Range: 10,000 to 15,000 (Depending on the capabilities of the candidate)
