Job Description / Responsibility
Sell all products (Flats & Commercial Spaces) of company.
Ensure timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers.
Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received.
Maintain and develop external party relationships.
Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
Rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer care team.
Collect booking money and down payment from the new clients
Provide the clients the payment schedule (subject to management approval)
Socializing (by visiting local corporate, MNC etc) for sales boost up.
Providing support on occasions of promotional events.
Correspondence with site about status of project
Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project
To be responsible for leading Marketing team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.

Minimum Graduate from any recognized University or Institution.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)

Age 30 year(s) and over
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Marketing, Sales
Must have minimum 5 year experience in Real Estate/ Land Development/ Housing company.
