Job Description / Responsibility
• Find out Sole Agent and Distributors for Sunflower, Soyaben, Palm Oil and Food Beverage, To achieve the sales Target with company Chairman policy.
• Meet the customers demand / Visit problematic market & solve immediately, Dues Collection / New client and delivery channel creations / Client management, Marketing and sales planning / Team leading, The GMM would be expected to have excellent negotiation, selling and persuasion skills;
• Visit problematic market & solve immediately, Dues Collection Sound communication and Strong public relations skills, A high degree of self -motivation and ambition and desire to seals, Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of product and company goal, Maintain business relation to promote product of the company
• Present company profile and project profile to the prospect Client and introduce them with the higher officials, Negotiate with prospect client and Find out new Dealer & Retailer to increase coverage exploring the markets, Prepare `Daily Working Summary` and submit it to the supervisor.
• Monitoring and supervise sales team, distributors sales and credit limits, Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
• Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English, Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus, Strong Crospending with Companies

• Must be pro-active, self motivated,Very good leadership quality,Creative and excellent job knowledge.Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure,Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a customer database,Preparing Sales & Expenses Budget,Organized, with effective time management skills.
• Smart, presentable and well organized,Sound in Computer application specially Power point Presentation, MS Word and Excel.
