Job Description / Responsibility
Develop buyer
Follow up all the buyer develop inquiry directly with team.
Everyday must checked order issue’s with team,
Everyday must checked quality issue with QC tam.
Checked Yarn, Trims issue with Store / team.
Follow-up all the raw materiel are in-house timely.
Maintain Time & Action planning and critical path planning
Check all the BB LC status as Yarn, Nylon, Button, Hanger, hang tag etc Trims.
Check all the ?Foreign Sourcing? by BB LC as Yarn, Nylon,
Arrange to attend in the Pre-Production (PP) meetings with representatives from Sampling/ Production/ Quality
departments to highlight all critical areas of concern (Knitting/Linking/Stitching/Sewing/Attachments, etc.) from a
manufacturing perspective.
Follow-up and maintain all the daily/weekly/monthly planning basis of all the merchandising activities & ensuring
timely approvals of Sample, Lab-dips/Bulk-shades/Accessories & trims items, and also ensure the in-house delivery
dates of all items in consideration.
Maintain and Follow-up time to time Export and Import documentation steps with Commercial department
relevant to assigned programs.
Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc. required for processing orders
efficiently.
Able to independent correspondence with buyers by email and verbally in English language & also can Hindi.

MBA/ Post Graduation in any discipline with proven experience in Sweater Merchandising

Age 40 to 50 year(s)
Must have experience as GM Merchandising in a renowned company
Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, honest & strong leadership.
