Job Description / Responsibility
• Develop specific market analysis for input into the development of the annual market plan and execution thereof.
• Develop the marketing and large/key account management plans and processes to deliver.
• Defining and developing new business trends based on market demand.
• Understand local industries, customers and competition and meet the demand of the customers.
• Make operational decisions around marketing campaigns, account pricing and new product introduction.
• Accountable for development of Marketing communications strategy and implementation of marketing communications activities in line with the budget allocations
• To get maximum Orders based on existing machine capacity to utilize 100 % to maximize profitability.
• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
• Creating sales opportunity and identifying the target customers for selling product.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients Expand new market area and increase sales volume.
• Deliver excellent sales and after sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and achieve performance target.
• Should be proactive to achieve monthly/yearly sales target.
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements
MBA in Marketing (Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of highly/ well experienced candidate).
