Job Description / Responsibility
Analyze market trend and sales forecast.
Preparation and implementation of business plan and yearly budget.
Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target
To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in Sales and Collection
To monitor sales team and guide them towards exceeding sales target as well as department objectives
To find out the performance gap of non achiever and guide them to achieve the next target
To prepare and set up the Collection Target for every collection according to business plan
Identify the market opportunities for future sales
Plan and visit client regularly to get market insight and keep monitoring.
Ensure relationship with all existing and prospective top client.
Sound knowledge on product costing
Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of product and company goal.
Submit sales report daily, weekly and monthly as well as follow up stock report against client order.

Educational Requirements
MBA/ M.Com preferably in marketing from any reputed University/ College.
Experience Requirements
12 to 15 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
At least 12 to 15 year(s) hands on experiences in Marketing Department in flexible packaging industry, of which 3 to 5 years experience as Departmental Head.
Age around 40 years, which may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to change.
Strong academic background will get advantage
Computer knowledge as well as English language proficiency is must
