Job Description / Responsibility
• Strong knowledge in electrical and electronics engineering field particularly solar power systems and appliances for marketing & sales (Charge Controller, LED Lights, LED TV, Solar Pumps, Solar Roof Top Solutions, Solar Power Plant/Mini Grid etc.);
• Hardworking and able to take challenges of Sales, Distribution and Marketing of solar products both in public and private sector;
• Market survey/ Market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients and market opportunities;
• Generate creative ideas to secure new customers & enhance existing sales;
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of competitors;
• Coordination with all the team members directly reported to Managing Director
• Have to travel extremely within country & visit branch offices.

Educational Requirements
Graduate in Science discipline from any reputed university of home and abroad, preferred Electrical Engineering. MBA in Marketing will add advantages.

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Electronics Accessories Marketing.
• Candidates should have sound knowledge about Electronics industry & Market;
• Excellent communication skill both English & Bengali;
• Must have basic computer skill, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, E mail etc.
• Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
• Able to work under high pressure.
