Job Description / Responsibility
To be responsible for leading Marketing team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/clients along with new sales opportunity.
Establish guideline to develop effective Marketing & Sales strategy.
Achieve company’s goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing & Tele Marketing.
Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
Strong Sales closing capacity.
Evaluating marketing campaigns;
Monitoring competitor activity;
Design print ads and publications.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.

Educational Requirements
Masters/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
4 to 6 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
At least 05 years from any Real Estate/ Developer in the Corporate Marketing & Sales area(s).
Strong leadership skill.
Strong leadership ability with very good communication skill in English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have computer knowledge (MS word, Excel, Power point, Internet & Software)
