Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare & monitoring inspection/shipment/ establishment plan
• Preparing & monitoring T&A
• Manage schedule of raw material to meet production schedules
• Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments.
• Capacity booking analysis & Preparing master plan
• Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of raw materials
• Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders
• Maintain close & effective liaison with other Department
• Report to the authority in details for time to time
• Job Location: Uttara/ Ashulia.

• Age 35 to 40 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in Planning, Merchandising, Costing & Monitoring in Knit Garments.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multitasking skill.
• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
• Strong technical knowledge in Planning & monitoring system
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
• Good inter-personal & communication skills
• Needs to have considerable knowledge/understanding of Planning
