Job Description / Responsibility
• To develop a market for the food industry and formulate effective planning and strategies.
• Coordinate with Head of Marketing as per the Guidance of Management Team
• Lead Marketing team in implementation of marketing policies, strategies and organizations action plan to achieve sales target
• Coordinate with management team to ensure Target as stated in the KPI
• Actively follow up with Weekly, Quarterly and Yearly KPI and Achievement
• Train and develop sales team and resolve the problems faced by team members
• Submit market analyze report & achievement plan to Head of Marketing each month
• Develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing plan to achieve organization’s goals
• Must be target oriented
• Any other task’s assign by the management

Educational Requirements
• Graduate from any Reputed Public or Private University
• Major in Marketing Preferred
• MBA would get an extra advantage
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)

Job Requirements
• At least 5 years of proven work experience
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Industry, Advertising & Promotion, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, and Relationship Management.
• Experience in Digital Marketing will be added advantage
• Good computer background
• Strong communication skills – clear, concise and persuasive in style
• Must have analytical & innovative ideas including market forecast
• Strong commitment for work
• Able to predict the market pattern adapt strategies accordingly
