Job Description / Responsibility
• Driving peak performance and sales success across the organization
• Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
• To work on sourcing, conduct meeting with valued customer
• Responsible for heading up company’s expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
• Foster close working relationships with associated department i.e sales & marketing
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Establish strategic relationships with key customers who are aligned with the company’s needs
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation
• To carry out any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required

• Proven track record of success in a leadership role within sourcing
• Experience on Shoe Factory/Bags & Luggage Factory/ Jacket/ Composite Garments Factory will be extra privilege
