Job Description / Responsibility
• Should possess good knowledge in sales & marketing of Software Product.
• Preparing & implementing marketing and sales strategy.
• To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets timely.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone/email etc.
• Bring new customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone/email etc.
• Present our products and services to potential clients through various mediums such as emails, face to face meetings, networking events etc.
• Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations.
• Regular follow up with customers to ensure customer.
• Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost contacts.
• Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements.
• Job Location: Chittagong (Preference will be given to the person currently residing in Chittagong)

Educational Requirements
Graduate in any discipline from reputed university.

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 21 to 30 year(s)
• Experience in marketing software product will be an added advantage
• Some practical software marketing experience is preferred
• Must have some knowledge about Software
• Some working experience in Sales & Marketing in IT Enabled Service Company preferred
• Able to work under pressure
• Must be a team player with good communication and presentation skill
• Maintain successful client relationships
• Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
• Good presentation, understanding and interpersonal skill and should be smart, energetic, self-motivated
• Ability to accomplish task within scheduled deadline
• Well conversant in English and Bangla
