• Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
• Setup guideline for sales team to develop effective sales strategy.
• Able to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
• Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended standard skill, capability & customer focus.
• Must have leadership quality and ability to manage a marketing team.
• To ensure commercial operation and reporting to concern authority.
• To forecast business plan as per situation demand.
• To ensure productivity to meet up the target
• To maintain liaison with education, government, bank, corporate sector and other organizations.
• Motivate and develop concern subordinate employees.
• Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
• To forecast, plan and execute sales plan
• Follow sales strategy, sales policy and strategic marketing plan
• Achieve targeted business volume.
• Should have innovative ideas to development & expand marketing area.

Educational Requirements
Post-graduation / MBA in marketing from any reputed Institution / University.
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)

Sales, Marketing, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Design/Printing/Publishing, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies, Paper

• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 5 years experience in any printing house or any related work. In addition knowledge about security printing will be preferred. For highly experienced people qualification can be considered.
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral
• Should have Computer knowledge.
• Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
• Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
