Job Description / Responsibility
• The main responsibility will be processing orders independently handle.
• Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications & getting all required approvals within the target dates
• Constantly guiding the teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production – at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity
• Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently
• Proper execution of orders according to planned `Time and Action Plan` on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity
• Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales orders and maintain profitability
• Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
• Should have sound knowledge of costing, products, fabrics, Fashionable Wash, accessories, trims, fashion trends etc.

Educational Requirements
• Masters/ Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum Graduate with MBA/ Merchandising degree will get preference

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 22 to 28 year(s)
• Should have sound knowledge on knit and woven Garments.
• Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
• Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
• Willing to travel factory frequently (when required)
