Job Description / Responsibility
• Rapidly learn and use CRM software for maintaining and managing leads
• Create daily calling lists for the Telesales Executives and ensure maximum success rate of reaching leads
• Manage appropriate follow-up schedule for leads and prospects
• Obtain new contact names, telephone numbers, and email addresses of leads through extensive web research
• Identify and eliminate any discrepancy in the customer database to ensure 100% accuracy
• Proactively communicate with Data Processing Team, Telesales Team and Senior Management
• Find appropriate online directories of target industry to enable Data Processing Team to enlist potential leads for telesales activities
• Ensuring quality of delivery from the Data Processing Team
• Create and maintain various reports to monitor sales activities
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Enosis Solutions
• Conduct web based research on new business development opportunities, analyze the results and organize them in a presentable manner

• Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
