POM Coordinator – Polyconcept SG Global Buying Services

Job Description / Responsibility
• For Bangladesh office, we are looking for an employee to coordinate QC process, negotiate with vendors in case of exceptions and collaborate with other operations teams to solve the issues.
• Arrange QC daily inspection schedule.
• Counter check the compliance record before QC inspection (RoHS/Cadmium/REACH DoC etc.), and arrange QC inspectors to pick up compliance test auditing samples according to QC Engineer’s auditing plan,
• Inform and co-work with other operations teams when necessary.
• Coordinate availability of inspection references (PO, Approved Samples, Checklists, etc.) for QC inspection,
• Summarize inspection result and communicative with concerned groups (purchasing, sales, etc.),
• Organize and maintain files all QC inspections reports/ records,
• Maintain / update QC database/ system
• Manage good ready date,
• Take packing picture of each item and upload to the system
• Update web GIP system
• Others

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements
• 6 to 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• 6~8 years of experience in Lean Apparel Manufacturing which includes 3 or more years of implementation & Business Improvement Function.
• Fluent English
• Computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
