Job Description / Responsibility
• Corporate communication
• Corporate Branding , promotion & relation developments
• Maintain calendars – arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics.
• Provide telephone coverage – answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive’s whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
• Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings (internal meetings typically require extensive coordination).
• Attend meeting at Rajuk & other govt. & private offices
• Compose and type agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings and development activities.
• Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues.
• Arrange special meeting facilities (e.g. food, PC projector, etc.); send meeting confirmation emails; prepare and distribute meeting materials.
• Prepare various materials when requested, using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Handle Project Director departmental others administrative , HR & cultural activities
• Arrange project handing over ceremony, cultural program
• Assist Project Director
• Assist in personal banking support and other related works
• To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
• Communicate other related Govt./Private Agencies,
• daily appointment fix up,
• receive valued guests/Land owners, clients
• public relation developments
• attend phone calls
• receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,
• attend meeting with PD
• communicate with others dept
• others related works
• Perform any other estimating related tasks assigned by the authority

Graduate from any discipline, preferred Hons’ in English, BBA, MBA.
Experience Requirements
