Job Description / Responsibility
• To support the sales team with general operations
• Close monitoring of all sales personnel over telephone & different system.
• Development of sales plan, & promotional strategies /campaigns as per guidance of Head of sales.
• Make reports, analyze them & maintain MIS.
• Coordination with external (Sales team & distributors) and internal (Production/Distribution/Finance) teams.
• Follow up Distributor’s outstanding and maintain liaison for credit collection

Educational Requirements
Graduate/ Masters in any discipline (Preferably MBA in Marketing)

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Interested person working in Cement industry will be highly preferable
