Job Description / Responsibility
• To be a high ambitious, energetic, sales target oriented requires for this position.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate business goals and achieve the sales target.
• Provide sales feedback to the reporting authority and set an individual target weekly.
• Continue follow up the existing clients and search new client and promote the products locally/globally.
• Visit clients in different business areas for business development on day to day basis.
• Perform all kinds of official correspondence to the client.
• Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with individual or corporate customers.
• Has the ability to prepare and submit service offers/ proposal/ presentation & other required documents.
• Personal reputation in Software marketing arena and personal client list will be highly valued.
• Have to promote different type of ready software product in different private organization.
• Fluent English is mandatory because in most cases product presentation might be in English.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting.
• Support to other working members if necessary.

Educational Requirements
Graduate in Marketing/ MIS or IT related subjects but educational qualification will relax if you are experienced in IT/ Software marketing
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Software marketing experience is required.
• Good knowledge in Software development, web development etc.
• Good knowledge in freelancing like UPwork,Freelancer & so on .
• Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
• Ability to take the load of extreme work pressure and doing jobs with deadlines.
• Excellent communicative and negotiate skill in telephonic and/or email conversation.
• Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
• Candidate should be of honest, confident, smart, young, professional, hardworking, energetic and pleasant personality.
• Prepare action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
• Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
