Ensure marketing and buyer nomination of garments accessories (Carton, Poly bag, Narrow Fabric, Label, Hang Tag, Gum Tape, Plastic Accessories, Printing Press) in Narayangonj.

Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure sales of product to achieve annual business plan;
• Communicate with existing buyers and develop new buyer;
• Get business nomination from buyers to be a buyer nominated supplier;
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends;
• Initiate market research and analyze findings and develop marketing team to ensure sales plan.

Masters/MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.

• The applicant must have at least 1 year working experience in the same position in Buyer Nomination Marketing with a large garments accessories industry.
• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
• Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
• Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
• Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a charismatic personality.
