Job Description / Responsibility
Achieve monthly sales target and ensure smooth recovery of accounts receivables.
Maintain relationship and liaison with existing as well as prospective corporate customers.
Must be affluent in negotiation, and independent situation handling.
Maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate Win-Win situation for both stakes.
Do monthly reporting of target and receivable recovery to management.
Maintain customer DB .
Maintain good relationship with customer.
Report to marketing department.
Visits to different corporate offices.
Plot Sales (Land).
