Job Description / Responsibility
• Having capacity to procurement & booking the minimum volume $ 5 Million per month.
• Managing the business & team with a view to achieving the Company`s objectives.
• Drive Strategized Business Growth.
• Closely communicate with factory for ensuring daily production & on time delivery.
• Manage customer relationship & customer service.
• Critically review of new opportunities and guide team for ensuring smooth activities of Dept.
• Drive & train team to achieve the Company Goals.
• Working with the teams and providing clear directions/guidance to work effectively.
• Ability to pushing Buyers for booking for round the year.
• Able to costing capacity, negotiation capacity, planning capacity & line booking capacity & responsibility.
• All other merchandising activities to lead a team.

Educational Requirements
M. Sc/ MA/ MBA preferably a degree/ diploma in apparel making or textiles engineering .
Experience Requirements
8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• 08 to 10 years of experience in merchandising activities and five (05) years experience of Woven apparel products especially Blazer & Suits & at least 03 years of total experience in Managerial Position in Merchandising.
• Managed team size of at least 6 – 8 staffs.
• Service oriented with attention to details.
• Keep high ownership & accountability.
• Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
