Job Description / Responsibility
Ensure proper and timely cleaning cleaning of BCO office floors, office equipment, office furniture , office kitchen, lift and other parts of the premises.
Co-ordinate with BSL Cleaner Supervisor for Proper Cleaning of Staircase, Toilets, Lobbies, Lifts, etc.
Liaison with BSL regarding lighting, ventilation, elevator, air conditioning and other utility services.
Provide admin support to different Admin colleagues like filing and storage operation.
Operate PABX switchboard and reception of BCO during lunch time and when the telephone Operator is on leave.
Perform other admin jobs as and when advised by the Supervisor.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Higher Secondary or equivalent English Medium degree from well reputed college/institution.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Age At least 22 year(s)
Minimum 3 years working experience as Admin Support Assistant and experience in providing admin support services.
Positive attitude to get the work done.
Must speak fluently in English and Bangla.
Good manners, etiquette and team work.
Computer skill: MS Office (specially good knowledge in Word processing and data entry) and Internet browsing.
Selected candidate have to work with Donor Organization under employment of National Energy Services Limited
