Job Description / Responsibility
Applicant should have Capability of Marketing for Products: Stationery Items, Books, Toys, Gift Items, Educational Materials, etc.
Ensure unit wise sales target,
New dealer searching & Ensure dealer performance,
Lead and Monitor the Sales Team (Stationary Section),
Solve sales (Stationary Item) related problems
Propose different plans for increase sales,
Train and develop the junior colleagues
Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
