Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible to achieve sales target of the Tractor Division.
• Responsible to build relationship approach to the prospective customers and agent.
• Collect, Forecast and analyze the market data for operational plans.
• Set up sales target quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
• Major contribution in sales and stock forecasting.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly marketing report to reporting personal.
• Conduct market survey and collecting information of competitors.
• Responsible for leading Marketing Team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
• Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
• Establish guideline to develop effective Marketing & Sales strategy.
• Inspire Marketing Team(s) to get the job done.
• Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
• Responsible for training all the sales staffs in the field & HO.

Educational Requirements
MBA or Equivalent in any discipline (preferably in Marketing/ Management) from any recognized and reputed university.
Experience Requirements
• At least 7 year(s)

Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Advertising & Promotion, Market Research, Corporate Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
• Good command over spoken and written English.
• Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
• Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
