Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare effective job ads for posting in job portals, newspapers, head hunting agencies etc. to meet recruitment needs of all strategic business units & to attract right talents
• Take lead in the recruitment of key positions by shortlisting & screening the right candidates, conducting interview sessions, background checks and performing joining formalities as per company policy
• Coordinate and follow up with the relevant departments for orientation and placement of new employees
• Develop various tools of recruitment for effective and efficient hiring process and assist in preparing annual budget for the Talent Acquisition department

BBA/MBA major in HRM from any reputed university; O & A Level background is preferred

Additional Job Requirements
• 3 – 4 years of experience in talent acquisition & recruitment
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Sound computer knowledge, eg. word, excel, powerpoint, adobe illustrator
