Job Description / Responsibility
Position responsibilities include yet not limited to are:
Develop, initiate, maintain, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Manage day-to-day operation of the program.
Ensure all kind of health & industrial safety issue within the law & company policy.
Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
Prepare factory to face any kind of buyers’ audit-compliance, Technical, Security and other certification as and when required.
Over all sound knowledge about Alliance, Building Safety, Electrical Safety & Fire Safety.
Monitor and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
Must have sound knowledge about ALLIANCE/ ACCORD, WALMART, H&M, TARGET, IKEYA, TESCO, CARREFOUR audit and their compliance requirements.
Work with Human Resources Department and other as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issue, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situation in the future.
Always follow the instruction of top management & do duties as assigned by the same.
Any other duties as and when entrusted by top Management.

Educational Requirements
Post Graduate; MBA major in HR /Diploma or PGD course in Labour Laws/Industrial Relations.
