Job Description / Responsibility
Department: Operations
Movement Involved: Yes, within Dhaka and infrequent visit to other districts.
The incumbent need to work with the Highest Management, support them with staff needs, capable of provide executive directives as desired by the management, will maintain smooth liaison with other stake-holders, maintain good business communication, provide technical support to the Core Manager whenever and wherever necessary.
Incumbent should also be required to response to any emergency call.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in ETE/ECE/EEE/CSEand related subjects with a GPA 3or above from any public university or renowned private university.

Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Having experience of 02 to 03 years or above in similar outfit (ICX/IGW/ or other) on TX and Datacom.
Good understanding of Telecom KPI issue.
Efficiency in MS-Excel is a must.
Good communication skill (verbal + written) is needed.
Should be hard-working and capable of working as an individual or in a team.
** Experience in HiT, Juniper, or on Nokia equipment will get preference over others **
